HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Joining is quick and easy! Head over to our Loyalty Rewards page and click the “Join Now” button. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a 6-digit code from Tribal® Fashion for verification—just enter that code in the text box to complete your signup.
It’s totally free to join, and you’ll get access to exclusive promotions, gifts and early access all our latest drops.
Please note: If you already have an account or email subscription with us, you’ll still need to sign up separately to join the loyalty program.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit our rewards page to get started.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF BECOMING A LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBER?
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members start accumulating towards status tiers for each purchase, which allows them to take advantage of benefits based on their tier status. Benefits can include perks such as free shipping and get exclusive access to coupons, launches, promotions, giveaways, and more. They can even receive a gift just for having a birthday! You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.
WHERE CAN I FIND ALL OF MY REWARDS ACCOUNT INFO?
The Rewards Page is your go-to hub for tracking points, perks, and all your loyalty benefits. To access your information, simply visit our rewards page and click “Log In”. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a 6-digit code—just enter that code in the text box to sign in and view your rewards.
HOW IS MY STATUS TIER DETERMINED?
Your Status Tier is based on your total spending over a rolling 12-month period. A 12-month timer is activated once a customer enters a tier.
For example, a customer who crossed the tier entry threshold on March 3rd, 2024 will retain that tier until March 3rd, 2025.
To achieve: INSIDER Status, spend $150 or more. VIP Status, spend $300 or more. ELITE Status, spend $1,500 or more.
Once you qualify for a new tier, you’ll be upgraded instantly and enjoy all the perks that come with it. Moving up tiers means you'll still get the benefits from previous tiers too.
TIER RETENTION
To maintain your tier level, you'll need to spend a set amount. For instance, if you've achieved Elite Status, you should aim to spend $300 within 12 rolling months to hold onto your Elite status.
STATUS TIER ANDD POINTS EXPIRATION
Your points will never expire. Your Status Tier is determined by your total spending over a 12-month period, activated upon entering a tier. Therefore, your tier status is solely spending-based and will not expire.
DO REFUNDED PURCHASES IMPACT A TIER ELIGIBILITY AND STATUS?
Upon successful refund processing, tier eligibility and points are recalculated automatically. If you no longer meet the current tier requirements, you will be downgraded to the previous Tier.
For instance, achieving VIP Tier status requires a $300 expenditure. If a $10 refund is issued, eligibility for VIP Tier membership is forfeited, leading to a downgrade to INSIDER Status due to an adjusted total spend of $290.
BIRTHDAY REWARD
Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the rewards page. Get a special discount code via email on your birthday, valid for 30 days. Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold. Account may be terminated if program manipulation is detected.
HOW IS MY FREE SHIPPING APPLIED AT CHECKOUT?
Free shipping is based on your tier eligibility criteria. For instance, if you reach VIP status tier, you qualify for free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout – just make sure you're signed in! Please be aware this only applies to standard shipping, not express.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I HAVE REACHED A NEW TIER?
When your total spend reaches a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I REDEEMED REWARDS POINTS FOR A DISCOUNT?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
WHY DIDN’T I EARN POINTS ON MY PURCHASE?
Double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at team@shoptribalfashion.com to help apply your points to your account.
I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN REFERRING FRIENDS THROUGH THE EMAIL REFERRAL BOX. WHAT WENT WRONG?
We are sorry to hear that. It is possible that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and ere-enter the email address.
I’VE REFERRED SEVERAL FRIENDS BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY POINTS FOR IT. IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I NEED TO DO?
