We want you to love your looks as much as we enjoyed creating them! However, if something is just not right, we can process a return, according to the following guidelines:
WITHIN 30 DAYS. Any item(s) purchased online may be returned within 30 days with a proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
BEYOND 30 DAYS. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if it is beyond 30 days since your purchase.
*PLEASE NOTE* Purchases made online must be returned to a Tribal distribution center and cannot be returned to a retailer. Our retail partners are independent stores and cannot accept merchandise purchased online.
Tribal Fashion does not accept returns for the following merchandise:
- All altered, washed or worn merchandise
- Returned merchandise without tags intact, or received 30+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Please note items reduced 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
You will need your Zip/Postal Code and email to fill out the return form.
- Submit the return request online.
- An authorization number will be emailed to you.
- Print it the return label and repack the merchandise in the original packing materials.
- Ensure that you enclose the completed RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM in the package.
- Place the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the package and drop off at the carrier that is on the return label. Please note that $10 return shipping freight is a flat fee and will be deducted from the refund credit.
- Tribal is not responsible for lost packages.
- Holiday orders placed from December 1st to December 31st are eligible for return up to January 15th of the following year. Please note items reduced 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please save your tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our facility. We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 days of receipt.
Within 3-5 days of receiving your return merchandise, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed.
If your items are defective or damaged, we will replace items, free of shipping charge. However, if you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please note that return shipping fees are not included. Please return your unwanted items by following the return instructions to the address above. Please create a new order for new items.
